Healthcare Consulting & Advisory

Strategy, growth, and product for organizations improving health outcomes and equity.

Cross-sector expertise across provider, payer, and health technology — applied to the problems where health equity and business performance meet.

The work I do best

I build things that don't yet exist inside complex health organizations and translate what I build into measurable outcomes.

Seventeen years across provider, payer, and health technology have given me cross-sector fluency and the ability to operate in startup environments and Fortune 5 organizations. At CVS, I founded a business incubation function that generated $150M in identified EBIT value and managed a $140M+ P&L serving Medicaid and vulnerable populations.

That builder's mindset extends to technology. At ParentData, I led a CRM implementation that increased team productivity by 50%, embedding AI into everyday workflows rather than treating it as a side project. I've since completed Harvard Business School's AI Essentials for Business program, and I bring that thinking to help healthcare organizations adapt and thrive in the age of AI.

My MPH from Columbia University shapes how I approach every strategy engagement. I'm drawn to the problems where population health outcomes, health equity, and scalable technology intersect, particularly for underserved and dual-eligible populations, where the gap between what's possible and what's delivered is largest.

I work with payer, provider, and health tech organizations on strategy and growth challenges at the intersection of health equity and business performance. Below are the three areas where I add the most value — drawn directly from the work I do best: building partnerships, launching new ventures, and translating across provider, payer, and tech to reach vulnerable and underserved populations.

Ways to work together

Flexible structures, scoped to fit the size and shape of the problem.

Hourly Rate

Pay-as-you-go access for defined, short-term needs.
Best for: Clients who need occasional strategic input, don't have an ongoing scope yet, or want to test the working relationship before committing to a larger engagement.

Project Fee

A fixed fee tied to a defined deliverable, not hours worked.
Best for: Engagements with a clear scope and end product, such as a market or payer landscape assessment, a go-to-market or partnership strategy, a growth plan, or a board-ready strategic memo.

Monthly Retainer

Ongoing strategic partnership, from consistent advisory access to fractional executive capacity.
Best for: Clients who want sustained access to strategy, growth, and partnership expertise over several months — including fractional Chief Growth Officer or Strategy Officer support, board-level advisory, and team building or mentoring for growth, BD, or strategy functions. Priorities can shift as needs evolve.

How It Works

  • Monthly alignment: before each month, I share a proposal of what I can provide, with estimated hours or deliverables
  • Scope of work: we refine deliverables and scope together each month
  • Flexible structure: hourly, project, and retainer terms can be combined or adjusted as the engagement evolves
  • Deliverables-based partnership: rates apply to meaningful, defined work product

Ideal Client Fit

  • Payer, provider, value-based care, or global health organizations with a health equity or underserved-population mission
  • Teams launching a new product, venture, or partnership and needing 0→1 strategy support, including AI-driven workflows
  • Organizations that need a cross-sector translator fluent in strategy, technology, and execution, whether a health system, payer, technology company, or multilateral institution
  • Leaders who want a strong thought partner and are open to a fractional or advisory relationship rather than a full-time hire
